Prices and Delivery Costs
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT, and are net.
Changes to the prices and conditions listed on the website are reserved, with the date of the order being decisive. Delivery costs (postage and packaging) are to be paid by the customer
and are calculated as follows:
Packaging and Shipping Rates
The following shipping rates (Post Economy rates) will be charged to the buyer:
1-8 bottles: CHF 13.90
A maximum of 8 bottles can be shipped per package. For additional packages, the rates start again. The seller does not offer Priority shipping.

Swiss Post is liable for any damages in case of loss, damage to the shipment,
or incorrect delivery up to a maximum of CHF 500.00. Information regarding availability and delivery times is non-binding unless confirmed in writing by the seller.
Subject to availability, delivery is generally made on working days via PostPac Economy within approximately 4 to 5 working days.
The seller restricts deliveries to the territory of Liechtenstein and Switzerland. Delivery is
made directly to the delivery address and contact person provided by the customer.
Payment Methods and Conditions
Payment is made through one of the payment methods provided in the online shop.
The conditions listed there apply.
Payment by Prepayment
Delivery Delay; Cancellation or Withdrawal
Orders are binding, and the customer is obliged to accept them. If a product or service is not deliverable within the stated period, the customer will be informed. If a product or service is no longer available, the contract will be dissolved to that extent. If the ordered goods are not delivered within 6 weeks, the customer can set a grace period, indicating that they will refuse
to accept the ordered goods after the grace period expires. The grace period must be at least one month. If delivery does not occur within this grace period, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by written declaration after the grace period expires.
Payments already made by the customer will be refunded upon cancellation or withdrawal.
Other claims by the customer, especially for damages due to delivery delays or cancellations, are excluded.
Transport Damages
The risk of damage or destruction of the goods passes to the customer when WICCA'S hands them over to the carrier. This also applies if WICCA'S has covered the transport costs. Complaints regarding transport damages must be made by the customer to the transport company.
Complaints and Liability
Complaints must be made in writing by the customer immediately upon receipt of the delivery, but no later than one week after receipt of the delivery, if they can be detected through reasonable inspection. In the case of justified complaints, WICCA'S will deliver the missing quantities and accept returns of incorrect deliveries. Defective goods can be exchanged at WICCA'S discretion or, where reasonable for the buyer, offered a price reduction. The warranty for defects in bottles is limited to rework. Returns from the customer to WICCA'S are at the customer's expense and risk. Any liability of WICCA'S for direct and indirect damages is excluded, except where the damage was caused by gross negligence on the part of WICCA'S.
WICCA'S uses the personal data provided by customers solely for contract processing and for advertising purposes. Further processing of the provided personal data does not occur.
WICCA'S only passes on the provided personal data to third parties as necessary for contract processing. Beyond this, the provided personal data is not passed on to third parties. The customer agrees that WICCA'S may collect and process the provided personal data as
described above.
Returns
Returns are only possible in exceptional cases and with our prior consent.
We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of CHF 20.
Miscellaneous
WICCA'S reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time and to apply them immediately. The invalidity of individual points of these General Terms and Conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions contained therein. In place of the invalid provision, a new provision that comes as close as possible to the effect of the invalid provision shall apply. The place of performance and jurisdiction is 9490 Vaduz, Principality of Liechtenstein.
